About the Role We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated qualified Wellness Partners to join our team at Ailsa Home, our specialized dementia care unit. Our Wellness Partners play a vital role in enriching the lives of our residents, approaching each day with kindness and purpose. In this role, you will work closely with residents to provide personalized care, empowering them to make choices about their meals, rest, mobility, communication, and daily activities. We are committed to the Eden Alternative Philosophy, which emphasizes creating living environments that nurture and celebrate companionship, spontaneity, enjoyment, choice, and activity. We have the following positions available: Position One: - Shift: 3 PM to 11 PM, 30 hours per week - Days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Position Two: - This position includes a split shift on Mondays. - Week 1: Monday (7:30 AM to 1 PM & 3:30 PM to 8 PM), Tuesday (7:30 AM to 1 PM), Sunday (3:30 PM to 8 PM) - Week 2: Monday (7:30 AM to 1 PM & 3:30 PM to 8 PM), Sunday (7 AM to 12 PM) Position Three: - Shift: 11 PM to 7 AM, 56 hours per fortnight - Week 1: Thursday, Friday - Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Requirements Applicants must have New Zealand residency to be considered for this position.
