About the Role We are currently seeking caring support workers to join our team in Christchurch and Canterbury. This is a rewarding opportunity in the flexible disability support sector, where you can make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. We are particularly interested in individuals who are available during weekends and can start early in the mornings from 6 a.m. on weekdays. In this role, you will provide vital support to our clients, which may include childcare, personal care, and assistance with complex needs. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes: - Experience as a support worker in either community or residential settings - A valid Full driver's license and access to your own vehicle - Level 2, Level 3, or Level 4 healthcare qualifications are essential for this position.
