About the Role We are currently looking for a skilled and enthusiastic driver to join our dedicated team at Oceania Dairy Limited (ODL). This position will be based at our Dunsandel Yard, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and safe collections while delivering exceptional service and compliance. In this role, you will greet farmers at the gate and navigate various terrains, from gravel tracks to rural roads. Your driving expertise will be essential in maintaining the high standards that our loyal customers and suppliers expect from us. Work Pattern This is a full-time, fixed-term position with a rotating 3/3/3 roster, which consists of three days on, three nights on, and three days off. The average shift will last between 10 to 12 hours. This fixed-term role will support the peak milk collection season, starting from mid-August and continuing through January. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: - A Class 5 Licence (or equivalent) along with a minimum of two years of driving experience. - Confidence in navigating narrow rural roads and gravel terrains. - Experience working both day and night shifts, showcasing your flexibility and reliability. - A willingness to learn new technology, demonstrating your adaptability. - A passion for teamwork and customer service, with stories of your favorite experiences to share.
