About the Role As we prepare for the upcoming dairy season, we are looking for skilled and enthusiastic drivers to join our dedicated team at Synlait Dunsandel. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work closely with farmers, ensuring that every collection is executed smoothly and safely while delivering exceptional service and compliance. In this position, you will navigate a variety of terrains, from gravel tracks to rural roads, utilizing your driving expertise to uphold the high standards that our loyal customers and suppliers expect. Work Pattern We offer a mix of positions which include: - Full-time, permanent roles with a rotating 3/3/3 roster, consisting of 3 days on, 3 nights on, and 3 days off. Average shifts will range from 10 to 12 hours. - Full-time, fixed-term roles with a similar rotating 3/3/3 roster, covering the peak milk collection season from September to January. What You Bring to the Table To be successful in this role, you should have: - A Class 5 Licence (or equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience. - Confidence in navigating narrow rural roads and gravel terrain. - Flexibility and reliability, with experience working both day and night shifts. - A willingness to learn new technology, demonstrating adaptability. - A passion for teamwork and customer service—share your favorite moments with us.
