About the Role We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic driver to join our committed team at Oceania Dairy Limited (ODL). This position will be based at our Dunsandel Yard, where you will play a crucial role in greeting farmers at the gate and ensuring that every collection runs smoothly, safely, and in full compliance with our high standards of service. Your driving expertise will be essential as you navigate gravel tracks and rural roads, allowing us to deliver excellence with every trip. Your focus on safety, vehicle maintenance, and operation will reflect the quality our loyal customers and suppliers have come to expect from us. Work Pattern This is a full-time, fixed-term role with a rotating 3/3/3 roster: three days on, three nights on, and three days off. The average shift will range from 10 to 12 hours. This fixed-term position will cover the peak milk collection season from mid-August to January. What You Bring to the Table We are looking for candidates who possess a Class 5 Licence (or equivalent) along with at least two years of driving experience. You should be confident navigating narrow rural roads and gravel terrain, and have experience working both day and night shifts, demonstrating your flexibility and reliability. A willingness to embrace new technology is important, as adaptability is key in this role.
