About the Role We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic driver to join our dedicated team at Oceania Dairy Limited (ODL). This position will be based at our Dunsandel Yard, where you will play a crucial role in greeting farmers at the gate and ensuring that every collection is conducted smoothly and safely. Your commitment to delivering high-quality service and compliance will be essential. As you navigate gravel tracks and rural roads, your driving expertise will be key to our success. Your focus on safety, vehicle maintenance, and operation will reflect the high standards our loyal customers and suppliers expect from us. Work Pattern This is a full-time, fixed-term role with a rotating 3/3/3 roster, which means you will work three days on, three nights on, followed by three days off. The average shift will be between 10 to 12 hours. This fixed-term role will cover the peak milk collection season from mid-August to January. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - A Class 5 Licence (or equivalent) with at least two years of driving experience. - Confidence in navigating narrow rural roads and gravel terrain. - Experience working both day and night shifts, demonstrating flexibility and reliability. - An ability to learn new technology quickly, showcasing your adaptability. - A passion for teamwork and customer service; we would love to hear about your favorite experiences in these areas.
