About the Role We are currently looking for a skilled and enthusiastic driver to join our team at Oceania Dairy Limited (ODL). This role will be based at our Dunsandel Yard and offers the unique opportunity to engage directly with farmers, ensuring that every collection is executed safely and smoothly while maintaining top-quality service and compliance. In this position, you will navigate varied terrains, including gravel tracks and rural roads, to uphold the high standards our loyal customers and suppliers expect. Your focus on safety, vehicle maintenance, and operational excellence will be key to our success. Work Pattern This is a full-time, fixed-term role with a rotating 3/3/3 roster, which includes three days on, three nights on, and three days off. You can expect average shifts to last between 10 to 12 hours. This role will be specifically covering the peak milk collection season from mid-August to January. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes: - A Class 5 Licence (or equivalent) with a minimum of two years of driving experience. - Confidence in navigating narrow rural roads and gravel terrain. - Flexibility to work both day and night shifts, demonstrating reliability. - Familiarity with new technology and a willingness to learn. - A passion for teamwork and customer service; we value your experiences and insights.
