We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator who is eager to learn about our business, apply their skills, and gain valuable experience. Position: Logistics Coordinator Location: Sulphur Point, Tauranga Hours: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with occasional Saturday work as needed, guaranteeing a minimum of 47.5 hours per week. What You Will Do In this role, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the movement and flow of containers throughout the depot while ensuring data integrity. You will engage professionally with both internal and external stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include: - Processing trucks arriving and departing from the yard using our in-house booking system - Reconciling booking spreadsheets - Directing and guiding truck driver movements within the yard - Assisting with internal and external inquiries - Communicating yard movements with ground staff via radio transmission What We Need We are looking for someone with great attention to detail who enjoys a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and demonstrate strong listening skills. Flexibility and adaptability, along with a positive can-do attitude, are essential. Excellent communication skills are a must.
