About the Role
We are seeking a Site Administrator to join our team at Auckland Hospital for a full-time, fixed-term position lasting six months. In this role, you will work collaboratively with our administration team to deliver high-quality service to our customers, patients, and clients while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
As a Site Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support for site operations, including managing meeting schedules, timesheets, rosters, and generating reports.
- Processing financial transactions such as billing, petty cash handling, banking, and reconciling invoices.
- Effectively utilizing Compass systems to ensure efficient operations.
- Preparing for new employees, including organizing induction materials, handbooks, and uniform stocks.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office at an intermediate level or higher.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- A minimum of three years of experience in an administrative role.
- The ability to work independently.
