About the Role
We are currently seeking a part-time Foster Parent Recruiter to join our team. This position requires a commitment of 20 hours per week and will focus on the Wellington region. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in recruiting foster parents who can provide nurturing environments for children in need.
Requirements
The successful applicant will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Excellent communication and networking abilities.
- Marketing knowledge and skills, along with a relevant qualification.
- The capability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
- Experience in developing and implementing project plans.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- A strong understanding of the special relationship between Māori and Tauiwi, along with a deep empathy for our organization’s values and character.
- An alignment with the Open Home Foundation's Christian Kaupapa.
- A full and current New Zealand Driver License is essential.
