Freight Processing Agent

About the Company We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our client as a HIC Agent. This position primarily involves working in our warehouse and supporting freight operations, contributing to a dynamic and essential part of our business. About the Role As a HIC Agent, you will be responsible for processing inbound and outbound shipments on a daily basis. Your tasks will include retrieving freight for reception duties, contacting customers to resolve issues related to undeliverable shipments, and handling damaged freight as well as lost and found shipments. Additionally, you will provide support across various departments, including reception and data entry, as needed. Requirements We are looking for candidates who are computer literate and comfortable with 2-3 hours of computer work during each shift. Physical fitness is essential, as the role requires the ability to lift up to 25 kilograms. Flexibility in covering shifts is important, as is the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. While a forklift license is advantageous, it is not a requirement. We value a proactive and can-do attitude in our team members.
