About the Role
We are excited to offer a casual position for a Caregiver at the Diana Isaac Retirement Village in Mairehau, Christchurch. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with our residents and their families.
Your responsibilities will include following individual care plans to provide the level of care that you would want for your own loved ones. You will utilize the latest technology, including our purpose-built care app, myRyman, to enhance the care experience. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with your colleagues to foster a positive and supportive team environment.
About You
To thrive in our caring and supportive environment, you should embody kindness in your DNA, exhibit strong empathy, and possess outstanding communication skills. We appreciate a reliable, friendly, and professional demeanor. While experience in aged care is preferred, it is not a strict requirement.
