About the Role
We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our team at Diana Isaac Retirement Village in Mairehau, Christchurch, as a Caregiver. This position is within our Coverpool, allowing for flexible work arrangements.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing meaningful relationships with our residents and their families
- Following individual care plans to provide care that meets the highest standards, as if it were for your own loved ones
- Utilizing the latest technology, including our purpose-built care app, myRyman
- Collaborating with and supporting your colleagues to foster a positive team environment
About You
To succeed in our caring and supportive environment, you will need to possess:

While experience in aged care is preferred, it is not essential. Please note that we require all applicants to have New Zealand work rights due to immigration requirements.
