- Respect for diverse perspectives and lifestyles
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends
- Empathy, respect, and cultural awareness, as our clients come from various backgrounds with unique needs and interests

You will also have the opportunity to earn while you learn through free training towards NZQA Health and Wellbeing qualifications. Additionally, we provide access to an Employee Assistance Program for health and well-being support, as well as a 'Refer a Friend' bonus.
If you are passionate about supporting individuals and believe you would be a great fit for our team, we encourage you to apply.
