About the Role We are currently seeking permanent full-time, part-time, or casual Caregivers to join our team. We offer a competitive hourly rate ranging from $23.97 to $30.03, depending on experience. Various shifts are available, including morning, evening, night, and weekends. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. We are looking for individuals with a compassionate attitude who can bring a smile to others and work effectively with people. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care with kindness and patience in a welcoming atmosphere. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Proven experience in caring for others, ideally within an aged care environment. - A minimum NZQA Certificate in Health and Wellbeing, or an equivalent qualification (e.g., Bachelor of Nursing or Diploma in Nursing) from New Zealand or overseas. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - A genuine love for helping people, complemented by excellent customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude. - A commitment to continuous improvement and a solid understanding of health and safety procedures.
