About the Role We are currently seeking to fill three Assistant Business Leader positions within our Auckland network. We are looking for individuals who are eager to make a significant impact on the Auckland hospitality scene. To be considered for this role, you should possess a minimum of two years of experience in a management position. You will be well-acquainted with the dynamics of a busy hospitality environment, embracing flexible hours across a seven-day roster, including weekends and late nights. Delivering exceptional and consistent service to our customers is an integral part of your role. Your daily responsibilities will include managing the completion of daily cash ups and overseeing opening and closing checklists. You will also ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations, accurately reporting any hazards or incidents. Additionally, you will handle customer complaints, escalating issues as necessary, and collaborate with your Head Chef to ensure menu compliance and cost management. This position offers a competitive salary range of $27.60 to $34.20, with a minimum commitment of 45 hours per week. Requirements To excel in this role, you should have at least two years of experience in a management capacity. Your experience should include delegating tasks, coaching and training both back of house and front of house staff to achieve common goals, and upholding high standards of food quality, service, and safety in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
