About the Role
As the Village Manager at our Edmund Hillary Retirement Village, you will play a crucial role in leading the operations of our largest New Zealand village, which serves over 650 residents and employs more than 250 team members. Our village offers a range of living options, including independent living, serviced apartments, and residential care. We are looking for a strategic and agile leader who can ensure exceptional and compassionate care for all our residents.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in people management, particularly in leading large, multidisciplinary teams. You should have a proven track record in developing engaged and motivated teams, and you will naturally build meaningful relationships through your positive and approachable demeanor. Thriving in fast-paced environments, your professionalism, high energy, and resilience will be key assets in this role.
Your excellent problem-solving and communication skills will complement your financial acumen, enabling you to make sound decisions that enhance village performance.
