About the Role We are currently seeking an Air Conditioning and HVAC Technician to join our team in Queenstown. We have a variety of positions available, so whether you are an HVAC installer, a refrigeration and air conditioning engineer, a heat pump technician, or possess relevant plumbing experience, we invite you to apply. What we offer includes: - Competitive rates and weekly pay - A diverse range of exciting opportunities - Immediate start availability - Provision of free safety gear (PPE) - Both long-term and short-term roles Your responsibilities may include: - Installing and fitting ductwork for HVAC systems - Pipe fitting and connecting plumbing for heating and cooling systems - Installing, servicing, and maintaining air conditioning units and heat pumps - Performing system diagnostics and troubleshooting HVAC issues - Testing and balancing HVAC systems for optimal performance - Assisting with the installation of thermostats and other control systems - Carrying out routine maintenance, including cleaning filters and coils Requirements We are looking for candidates who possess: - Relevant experience in the HVAC field - A New Zealand Trade qualification or an equivalent qualification from overseas - Access to reliable transportation (having a car is an advantage) - The ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening - Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills Benefits Joining our team means you will have access to a range of benefits, including competitive pay and the flexibility to work in various locations.
