About the Role
We are seeking an individual who is ready to transition from hands-on work to a management position. This role is ideal for someone with an electrical background who is interested in a mix of office and fieldwork, with the goal of evolving into a full-time management role in the future.
In this position, you will need to possess an EST qualification or have a strong electrical background to join our busy installation team. You will play a vital role in contributing to the ongoing growth and success of our division.
Your responsibilities will include servicing, preventative maintenance, diagnostic, and repair work on various types of HVAC equipment. We are looking for someone who enjoys client engagement and has a natural talent for building relationships. If you have a keen eye for identifying new business opportunities, this could be the perfect role for you.
We value self-starters who take pride in their people and time-management skills. You should be confident in your knowledge of HVAC systems and be ready to support our division in reaching its full potential.
