About the Role
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our close-knit team in Dunedin. In this role, you will primarily service and install HVAC systems for commercial clients, with occasional travel to Southland and Central Otago for various projects. We pride ourselves on providing top-tier support to our employees and fostering an environment where everyone can thrive.
About You
We welcome applicants who may hold an HVAC qualification, be a refrigeration engineer, or a registered electrician looking to transition into the HVAC field. If you possess relevant experience and demonstrate a positive attitude, we encourage you to apply.
To be successful in this position, you should have:
- An HVAC qualification, refrigeration engineering credentials, or be a registered electrician
- A full clean Class 1 NZ driver's license
- Physical fitness and a strong commitment to safety
- Technical proficiency, with experience in Simpro being a bonus
- A reliable work ethic, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Skills in interpreting plans and schematics
- Capability to carry out accurate site measures and prepare for manufacturing
