About the Role
We are currently looking for a warm, organized, and professional Centre Administrator to join our friendly team. In this essential support role, no two days will be the same. You will serve as the welcoming first point of contact for our center, greeting whānau, managing enrolments, and providing administrative support across various tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering phone calls and addressing inquiries
- Conducting center tours and enrolling new families
- Managing accounts, invoicing, and direct debits
- Accurately inputting data into our systems
- Ordering supplies and handling center errands
- Filing, maintaining records, and performing general administrative duties
- Providing classroom support as needed
We are looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable, and enjoys meeting new people
- Highly organized and capable of meeting regular deadlines
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and general IT systems
- Clear and professional in communication
- Reliable, trustworthy, and a true team player
- Confident with account processes and problem-solving
This permanent role offers 30–35 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours available for the right candidate.
