About the Role
We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a strong talent for customer service to join our friendly Accounts Receivable team. In this role, you will primarily communicate with residents and their next of kin regarding fees. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing paperwork to send to residents, including covering letters and relevant documentation about automatic payments, direct debits, or invoices.
- Setting up funding for resident care or services.
- Collaborating with village staff to follow up on overdue or incorrect paperwork.
- Completing month-end balances by the designated deadline.

Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who ideally has previous experience in an administration role. Your attention to detail should be exceptional, and you should possess impeccable spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills. You should enjoy working with numbers and have a genuine appreciation for people and kindness.
