About the Role
We are currently seeking a motivated and proactive Senior Payroll Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed term basis. In this role, you will be responsible for processing the weekly and fortnightly payroll for over 7,000 team members. You will provide essential support to our Managers across the organization, playing a crucial role in investigating and resolving pay queries, as well as reconciling sick and annual leave payments. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing reports for Village Management related to staff leave, next of kin information, and other employee-related data as required.
