About the Role We are currently seeking a Lead Process Technician to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the Wetmix Milk Treatment process, which includes milk reception, separators, pasteurizers, and the standardizing line. You will also be responsible for setting the milk planning direction for the site. Our shift structure promotes work-life balance with four days off between shifts. You will work on a rotational roster that includes two days, two nights, and four days off, with shifts lasting 12.5 hours. Key responsibilities for this position include: - Operating critical manufacturing equipment within designated running parameters - Ensuring that all products are manufactured to specification and achieved right the first time - Maintaining a high-quality standard in the manufacturing environment - Following detailed standard practices and instructions, with support from Line, Process, and Maintenance Leads - Identifying variations within operational processes based on situational work settings - Problem solving and identifying solutions across the plant - Supporting maintenance activities through permit issuing Requirements The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes: - Previous experience in a process technician role, including fault-finding experience - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement - Hands-on experience with manufacturing systems and equipment - Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and mentor a team Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes: - Health insurance coverage partnered with leading brands for additional benefits and discounts - Excellent parental leave through our Matua policy - B Corp certification - Opportunities for Social Club membership What’s Next?
