About the Role
We are seeking a Contract Manager for Vegetation and Traffic Management to oversee our external arborist and traffic management providers. In this role, you will ensure that these providers deliver safe, compliant, and efficient services that meet our operational delivery needs, outage schedules, and safety requirements.
You will be responsible for monitoring performance, fostering strong partnerships, and reporting outcomes while driving continuous improvement across both service areas. This position also plays an essential role in outage readiness and storm response support.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An appropriate tertiary level qualification or equivalent experience
- A recognized qualification in contract management is desirable but not required
- Proven experience in contract management and the delivery of major projects
- Industry knowledge of health and safety, electricity, resource management, building legislation, codes of practice, electricity industry rules, and construction industry standards
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
