About the Role We are seeking a qualified Auto Electrician to join our CAL Engineering team at our Te Rapa branch in Hamilton. In this position, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring and components on late-model Isuzu trucks as well as other brands. If you have experience in the Heavy Automotive industry, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently, we would love to hear from you. Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills: - Qualification: A National Certificate in Automotive Electrical Engineering (NZ-based). - Experience: Proven expertise with commercial vehicles and electronic AC systems. - Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the New Zealand Road Transport industry. - Customer Focus: A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. - Skills: Strong communication and time-management abilities. - Licensing: A clean, full Class 1 driver's license is required; an HT license is preferred but not essential. - Safety First: A proactive approach to health and safety practices is essential.
