About the Role
We are looking for an Administrator to join our passionate team of educators. In this part-time role, you will work 20 hours per week over four days, contributing to the lives of tamariki every day. As an Administrator at Lollipops Blighs Road, you will play a crucial role in maintaining compliance within the regulated Early Childhood Education (ECE) industry. Your support will ensure that our Kaiako and Centre Leadership teams can focus on delivering exceptional learning outcomes for tamariki.

Requirements
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Processing enrolments and managing relevant paperwork
- Providing general administrative support to the Centre Manager
- Accurately recording each child’s attendance, absences, pick-up, and drop-off times
- Entering staff hours into our payroll system
- Following established processes and maintaining the filing system
- Managing banking and invoicing
