About the Role We are thrilled to offer a full-time Caregiver position at Charles Upham Retirement Village in Rangiora, located just 30 minutes from Christchurch City. The role requires a commitment of at least 30 hours per week, with shifts scheduled from Friday to Monday. In this position, you will have the opportunity to: - Build meaningful relationships with our residents and their families - Follow individualized care plans to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care, as you would for your own loved ones - Utilize innovative technology, including our dedicated care app, myRyman - Collaborate with and support your colleagues to foster a positive team environment About You To thrive in our compassionate and supportive environment, you will possess: - A natural kindness that is in your DNA - Strong empathy and understanding towards others - Excellent communication skills - A reliable, friendly, and professional demeanor While previous experience in aged care is preferred, it is not a strict requirement.
