About the Role We are currently seeking empathetic and passionate Support Workers to join our Community Services team. This role offers flexibility for those balancing other commitments, as well as options for regular rostered shifts. We provide a variety of permanent, full-time, part-time, and casual positions to suit different needs. As a Support Worker, you will be an integral part of a dedicated team, assisting our clients in achieving their goals and reaching their potential. You will offer both practical and emotional support to help clients live independently within their homes and communities. Your responsibilities will follow a care plan and may include: - Meal preparation - Community outings and social integration - Assisting with medication management - Providing personal care (such as showering and toileting) - Supporting home management tasks Requirements We are looking for individuals who have a genuine desire to help and support others, and who strive for excellence in their work.
