We are looking for an experienced civil worker who is familiar with job site operations and is ready to actively contribute from day one. This hands-on role is physically demanding and requires someone who can quickly integrate into our team.
Your responsibilities may include operating machinery, laying pipe, boxing for concrete, and performing general labor tasks. It is essential that you are confident, proactive, and reliable in your work.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of solid experience in civil construction is preferred.
- Proficiency in earthworks, drainage, roading, or general site preparation.
- Physical fitness and readiness to work in various conditions.
- A positive attitude, team-first mindset, and a strong work ethic.
- Confidence in operating heavy machinery.
Must-Haves
- WTR (Wheels, Tracks, and Rollers) endorsements.
- Proven reliability with references to support your experience.
- Ability to pass a drug screening.
- Strong communication skills.
