About the Role
We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team in various forklift roles. These positions offer a stable work environment with a variety of responsibilities. Some roles will focus primarily on managing stock, infeed, and internal timber movements, while others will involve dual responsibilities as a Forklift Operator and Treatment Plant Operator.
The roles are primarily Monday to Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Overtime is consistently available and compensated at a higher rate. Some Saturday mornings may also be required, with prior notice provided.
Requirements
We are looking for individuals who are responsible, self-motivated, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a small team. While full on-site training will be provided, the following skills and attributes are essential:
- Proven reliability with past employers or training providers
- Clear and honest communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and output targets
- Forklift experience and/or a forklift certificate
- Confidence using a computer and a willingness to learn new programs
- Good mathematical ability

The compensation rates for these positions will reflect your individual experience and will be reviewed regularly to ensure competitiveness.
