About the Role We are currently looking for a Yard Groomer to join our team at Wayne Kirk Motor Group. In this role, you will be responsible for washing and vacuuming all service vehicles, as well as assisting the service department with logistics and customer needs as required. Key Responsibilities - Carry out yard grooming duties, including washing, waxing, and buffing vehicles to ensure they are presented in the best possible condition. - Assist in the movement of vehicles around the lot and service center as necessary. - Support the service department by preparing vehicles for delivery, including the installation of license plates and other accessories. - Collaborate effectively with the existing grooming team and service department staff to ensure smooth operations. Requirements - Previous experience in vehicle grooming or detailing is advantageous, but not essential as training will be provided. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high grooming standards. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - A full driver’s license and the capability to drive manual vehicles. - Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
