Our dedicated Vehicle Rentals team caters to both local short-term customers and larger long-term contracts, serving major players in infrastructure, construction, film and television, and sporting events, as well as independent contractors and casual weekend hirers. About the Role We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Wellington branch. In this role, you will play an essential part in our small, hardworking team, providing excellent customer service and support across various branch operations. You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills through comprehensive on-the-job training while enjoying a range of employee benefits, including a 4% employer Kiwisaver contribution, which can increase to 6% based on your length of service. As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include answering phone inquiries, providing sales advice and quotes, creating contracts, and coordinating vehicle deliveries and pickups. You will also assist with office administration and maintain customer accounts. Requirements To be successful in this position, you will need the following qualifications and skills: - A Full Class 1 Driver Licence (Class 2 is a distinct advantage) - A mechanical interest and aptitude - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals - Intermediate computer skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail - A collaborative attitude and willingness to assist in all areas of branch operations, including vehicle deliveries and minor servicing - Availability to work on a rostered basis, as our branch operates Monday through Saturday Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes enhanced employer Kiwisaver contributions, flexible working arrangements, and company-funded life insurance.
