We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our VTNZ Thorndon Quay location in Wellington. About the Role In this part-time position, you will work two days a week, including Saturdays. As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding service to our customers. This role goes beyond traditional customer-facing or administrative duties; we are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about helping others. Requirements To be successful in this role, we are looking for a highly organized individual with a natural ability to multitask. The ideal candidate will have experience in cash handling and using a point-of-sale system. Additionally, face-to-face customer service experience and office-based experience in administration and data entry are essential. All Customer Service Representatives must be able to attend up to one week of paid induction and customer care training, which may require travel away from your home location.
