About the Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated customer service representative to join our BNT Wellington branch. In this full-time role, you will work Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with alternate Saturday mornings. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service to our customers, ensuring they receive the attention and support they expect.
As a natural communicator and relationship builder, you will quickly establish rapport with our customers, taking full advantage of opportunities to upsell and enhance their experience.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in customer service and a proven track record of building positive relationships with clients. Your ability to communicate effectively will be key in fostering these connections.
Candidates must have New Zealand residency or a valid New Zealand work visa.
