About the Role We are currently seeking a dedicated customer service representative to join our BNT Kapiti branch. If you are a skilled communicator with a talent for building relationships, we would love to have you on our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring they receive the support they deserve and expect. Your ability to connect with customers will enable you to establish rapport quickly and identify opportunities for upselling. This full-time position operates Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with alternate Saturday mornings.
