About the Role We are currently seeking a proactive and personable individual to join our high-performing Tactical Solutions Team in Trentham, Wellington. This dual-role position, which operates Monday through Friday, involves two key functions: Measure & Fit Specialist and Sales Support. We are looking for someone who is passionate about precision, service, and teamwork, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In the Measure & Fit Specialist capacity, you will ensure the safe and accurate fitting of our industry-leading Body Armour Systems (BAS) while also providing seamless assistance to our sales team in the Sales Support function. Key Responsibilities Measure & Fit (Primary Focus) In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for: - Measuring and fitting customers according to BAS standards - Demonstrating and explaining product use - Entering data into our ERP system - Organizing Measure & Fit schedules with customer contacts - Clarifying product needs prior to fittings - Meeting service-level KPIs - Completing relevant administrative tasks to support the fitting process - Maintaining a tidy and presentable Measure & Fit workspace for customers Sales Support (Secondary Focus) You will also play a vital role in supporting the Sales Team, which includes: - Assisting with order processing, quotes, and purchase orders - Managing warranty claims, returns, exchanges, and complaints - Handling inbound sales inquiries and ensuring prompt responses - Coordinating with the Warehouse, Finance, and IT teams for order dispatch - Providing phone and email support to resolve customer queries - Staying informed about products to address inquiries or refer as necessary - Helping maintain web order flow - Supporting colleagues practically and professionally Requirements This position is not a traditional sales or account management role; however, relationship-building, initiative, and a customer-focused approach are essential. While experience in the apparel or uniform markets is advantageous, we will provide specific training in BAS fitting.
