About the Role Our Noel Leeming Services team is revolutionizing the customer experience by offering a comprehensive end-to-end service. We depend on our services team to ensure that customers receive the right solutions through live demonstrations, support, and guidance, all the way to delivery, installation, and setup in both homes and workplaces. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for technology, is customer-focused, and is motivated to enhance the overall experience. Your strong communication skills, combined with your ability to troubleshoot problems, will be essential. A proactive attitude and a strong work ethic are equally important. This position is based at the Greymouth Noel Leeming and involves a commitment of 45 hours per week, working from Tuesday to Saturday. As this is a field-based role, having a full, clean New Zealand driver's license is essential, as you will need to operate one of our company vehicles. Requirements What will make you successful in this role? - Experience and passion in one or more of the following areas: sales, installation, or customer service. - Confidence in setting up and installing technology. - Exceptional interpersonal and customer support skills, with the ability to adapt technical language to suit the customer. - A driven mindset and confidence in troubleshooting issues. - A willingness to further your career through on-site training and accreditations.
