About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Orthopaedic Consultant with a sub-specialty in Upper Limb to join our high-achieving team. You will primarily be based at Rotorua Hospital, but you may also be required to travel to our Taupo facility for outpatient clinics. Additionally, our department provides visiting outpatient clinics in Tokoroa on behalf of Health Waikato.
Our theatre suite is relatively new and well-equipped to support both elective orthopaedic work and acute trauma cases. This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality care to the Lakes community while being part of a supportive and dynamic team.
About the Team/Service/Location
Our Orthopaedic team comprises a mix of sub-specialties, and we are looking to expand our expertise with an additional consultant specializing in Upper Limb surgery. Our department is well-supported by a tertiary hospital in Hamilton, enhancing our capabilities to serve our patients effectively.

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is between $185,380 and $267,980, pro-rated to the hours worked.
