About the Role
We are currently seeking Psychiatrists to join our team in full-time and part-time positions in the vibrant city of Christchurch. Otautahi Christchurch offers a diverse and lively environment suitable for everyone. As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will work within our Adult General and Inpatient Service, contributing to our integrated health system. In this role, you will encounter a range of cases, providing care for both new admissions and ongoing treatment.
Requirements
We welcome applications from Psychiatrists with experience in adult mental health, including inpatient, community, and psychiatric emergency services. You will be part of a quality-driven, forward-thinking multidisciplinary team where collaboration and professionalism are paramount. Every day will present new challenges and opportunities.
You will leverage your specialist knowledge and clinical expertise to provide innovative acute and long-term care tailored to individual needs. As a Psychiatrist, you will play a vital role in our established multidisciplinary teams and have the chance to influence the ongoing development of our client-centered frameworks.
To be considered for this position, you must be eligible for registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
