About the Role
We are currently seeking a friendly and proactive Administrator to serve as the first point of contact at our reception. In this role, you will provide essential support across finance, payroll, and general administration. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a collaborative team where your contributions will truly make a difference.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing frontline reception duties
- Providing efficient and effective administrative support
- Assisting with invoicing and maintaining document and file systems
- Reporting and minute-taking
- Ensuring a safe and caring environment for our residents and their families
- Collaborating effectively within our team
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous administration experience
- Strong computer literacy, particularly in Word and Excel
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask
- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
- A true team player mentality, thriving in a supportive environment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine enjoyment of working with people and making a difference
