About the Role We are currently seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Clinical Leader for a fixed-term position, covering parental leave from July 2025 to early February 2026. This full-time role (1.0 FTE) will involve managing staff and resources to ensure quality service provision within our Allied Health Team 4. In this leadership position, you will provide day-to-day support and guidance to the community team at Waitemata. You will work closely with senior occupational therapists, facilitating professional and workforce development while engaging in quality improvement initiatives. About the Team/Service/Location You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team of clinical leaders across allied health. Collaborating with Team Managers and the Professional Clinical Leader, you will play a key role in resourcing, developing, and managing your team. About You We are looking for an individual who exemplifies strong leadership qualities and is deeply committed to providing quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in a clinical occupational therapy role, with at least two years in a senior clinical leadership position.
