About the Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Aluminium Joinery Installer to join our Hamilton installation team. This hands-on position is ideal for individuals with a solid background in aluminium joinery, glazing, or general construction. If you are confident working on-site and eager to contribute to quality workmanship, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. In this role, you will work closely under the guidance of a Lead Installer, assisting with the installation of aluminium windows and doors. You will gain valuable exposure to technical plans and job site coordination, enhancing your skills in the trade. Key Responsibilities - Assist with the installation of aluminium windows and doors in accordance with NZWindows standards. - Support the Lead Installer with loading, unloading, and site setup. - Follow instructions and plans with a keen attention to detail. - Work safely and efficiently in residential and light commercial settings. - Maintain a tidy and professional work site at all times. About You We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and attributes: - Experience in aluminium joinery installation, glazing, or related construction work. - Ability to read and follow basic technical drawings and measurements. - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn from senior team members. - Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship. - Physical fitness and the ability to safely lift heavy items. - A full, clean NZ Driver's Licence is preferred.
