About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Support Staff member to join our team in Avonhead, Christchurch. In this vital role, you will enhance the quality of life for our residents in a warm, home-like environment.
Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with everyday activities such as shopping, meal preparation, household chores, personal care, and community outings. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to build trusted relationships and provide compassionate, person-centred support tailored to each individual's unique needs.

Requirements
We are looking for candidates who ideally possess the following qualifications:
- An NZ Certificate in Health and Wellbeing Level 2 or equivalent
- A positive attitude towards supporting individuals with learning disabilities
- A full New Zealand driver's licence (essential)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
