About the Role
We are currently looking for a hardworking and highly motivated individual to join our team based in Kennington. This is a permanent, full-time position offering approximately 45 hours of work per week, from Monday to Friday, with the possibility of overtime.
In this role, you will assist with various tasks across our plant and different processes, which will help you develop a comprehensive understanding of your responsibilities within our operations. We value versatility and teamwork, and your contributions will be essential in supporting our operations effectively.
Requirements
We seek individuals who are physically fit and possess a strong work ethic. Our team is supportive, dynamic, and encourages a positive culture, and we want someone who is enthusiastic about joining us. Safety is a top priority, and we appreciate candidates who are willing to engage in hands-on work.
To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable working independently and have a good mechanical aptitude. A full driver's license is required, and while experience operating forklifts and loaders is advantageous, it is not essential.
Additionally, you must have reliable transportation to Kennington, the ability to handle moderate to heavy physical tasks, and a genuine eagerness to learn.
