About the Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our Centre of Clinical Excellence. In this role, you will manage and support clinical governance frameworks and portfolios across the Capital Coast Hutt Valley District, while also contributing to regional and national systems. If you are passionate about enhancing the quality, safety, and continuous improvement of patient care for the communities we serve, this position may be a great fit for you.
The full salary range for this position is $107,709 - $150,000.
About the Team
The Centre of Clinical Excellence in Capital Coast Hutt Valley serves as the core of clinical governance within the District. Our team prioritizes patient safety and staff wellbeing through effective management of essential clinical governance portfolios.
About You
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Current knowledge of best practices in clinical governance
- Experience in a middle management role, demonstrating the ability to lead and support a team
- A positive and proactive attitude, with strong problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to adapt to the evolving priorities within the New Zealand healthcare environment, while effectively working within allocated resources
- An innovative mindset, capable of introducing fresh ideas to improve systems and processes
