About the Role We are seeking a passionate Production Manager to join our team in Wellington. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation, cooking, and service of high-quality meals. Your focus will be on ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while consistently exceeding customer expectations. This position allows for a maximum of 40 hours per week. Your Responsibilities In this role, you will: - Supervise food preparation and presentation, ensuring that ingredients are assembled, menu items are cooked to perfection, and quality control is maintained. - Manage kitchen supplies, including receiving, storing, and rotating supplies while ensuring accurate ordering. - Maintain consumer satisfaction by upholding hygiene standards, gathering feedback, and working to exceed expectations. - Stay updated on industry knowledge by seeking training opportunities and enhancing your skills. - Oversee cleaning tasks to ensure kitchen cleanliness and maintain adequate supplies. About You We are looking for candidates who are: - Experienced, with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar environment. - Team players, capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively, with a flexible approach to tasks. - Strong communicators, possessing good communication skills and a positive demeanor under pressure. - Physically fit and reliable, with the ability to maintain high standards of personal presentation. - Committed to safety, with a police clearance and adherence to health and safety regulations.
