The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven years of experience in an IT or IT-related leadership position, with deep experience in providing end-user devices and their service environments. You should also demonstrate a proven ability to manage stakeholder and vendor relationships, along with comfort in navigating ambiguity and uncertainty. Knowledge of strategic technologies, preferably in educational or government contexts, audio-visual/interactive systems, and smart campus-like systems is desirable.
