About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Venue Manager to join our client’s team and oversee the operations of this high-energy venue. In this role, you will lead a high-performing team in an environment that thrives on late-night activity, ensuring that both staff and patrons enjoy an outstanding experience.

This venue is not just an ordinary bar; it is a bustling hub of activity that attracts a diverse and lively crowd. As such, we are looking for someone who is confident, capable, and able to excel in high-pressure situations.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the venue, particularly during late-night trading hours. Your leadership will extend to managing the front-of-house and security teams, ensuring that service remains top-notch and the environment is safe and welcoming.
You will also be tasked with recruiting, training, and managing staff, as well as handling customer issues and conflict resolution with professionalism. Additionally, you will manage stock levels, handle ordering, and maintain supplier relationships. Compliance with all liquor licensing, health and safety, and operational regulations will be a priority.
Driving financial performance through effective cost control and strong team leadership will be crucial, as will collaborating closely with ownership and marketing teams to enhance the venue's profile and success.
What Our Client is Looking For
We are seeking a candidate with demonstrated experience in managing a high-volume late-night bar or nightclub. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
A solid understanding of licensing, health and safety, and security requirements is required, along with the ability to remain calm and in control during high-pressure situations. We are looking for a natural problem solver who has a passion for hospitality and nightlife, with a minimum of two years in a leadership role and a current Manager's Certificate (LCQ).
