We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to join us in a pivotal role that will shape our career development pathways. About the Role In this permanent position, you will play a crucial role in creating and implementing career development frameworks from the ground up. Your responsibilities will include motivating staff across multiple locations, conducting regular one-on-one conversations with team members, and liaising with senior leadership to identify capability gaps. You will provide training and guidance to address these gaps, offer regular feedback and coaching to individuals, and escalate issues as necessary. While this role does not involve delivering project outcomes directly, it is essential to fostering individual accountability and enabling delivery excellence within our organization. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have demonstrable experience in a chapter lead-type position. It is important that you are capable of implementing development pathways and managing tasks directly, rather than delegating or empowering others to do so. You should have a strong understanding of working in a highly technical environment, as well as insight into what motivates technical professionals. Experience in an agile environment and familiarity with agile processes are essential. Additionally, experience in a SaaS or product-led environment is crucial. While you do not need to have a specialist HR background, a basic understanding of HR processes is required. Experience working with remote colleagues is advantageous, and ideally, you will have previously held hands-on technical roles in development or testing earlier in your career.
